William (Bill)'s Story
Life
Spent 12 years in accounting, 8 years of them as a Budget Analysis, Corporate Controller, 21 Years in Administration as Administrator. Also owned a mortgage Co. and was a broker. I am a volunteer now and help with a group who help children born with fetal alchole sydrome/drugs. Also help with hungry, poor and homeless.
Helped raise 6 children, 5 girls, and 1 boy. My daughter, 2 nrses, 1 Dept Manage, 1 Stockbroker, 1 Loan officer at bank, 1 1 Office worker (son). 5 College grads. Have our own business (Health food). nd soul mate. Writing some religious books, and a book about Billy Growing up. Helping others and enjoying my grandchildren now.
Military
I spent 3 years in the Army, was taught to spy with a radio and break code. spent 2 years in Assia, 6monts of that time in Vietnam. Went to Hong Kong on leave, also Nagasaki, Tokiyo. Taught spoken english to Japanese, at Fukuoka University and at US culktural center. Got to go to place Americans had not been to since WW2. Took many slides of places I visited and met a lot of good people. But I was gald to get back to our country and my experiences made me appreciate out country. God Bless America
